How to Use 1️⃣ Peel the protective film from ONE side. 2️⃣ Lightly sand that side with 400 grit sandpaper. This helps resin, paint, or inks adhere to the acrylic surface. 3️⃣ Pour resin or paint your design. 4️⃣ Allow your artwork to fully cure or dry. 5️⃣ Peel the masking off the back side. When you remove the back masking, it pulls away any drips, tape, or mess with it , leaving you with clean, professional edges and almost zero cleanup. These clear, light weight coasters are about 1/8 inches thick and about 5 inches across. You can make sun catchers, ornaments, coasters, magnets, candle bases and much more from this unique product. The resin will stick to the plastic but it is always best to create a better tooth by lightly sanding the rounds to create a tooth for the resin to hold onto (with 400 grit sand paper). At times these clear products can get back ordered so please allow a 10 day turn around time (at most) - this is due to the demand of our clients and the substrate manufacturer. This instance is uncommon but we appreciate your understanding should it occur with your order. the coasters come with a brown paper protecting both sides. For best results we recommend peeling off only ONE side of the paper and leave the back side's paper. Pour your art onto the side that you removed the brown film from. Once your coaster has completely set you can remove the brown film from the bottom/back - leaving you with coasters that require no maintenance or cleanup. To remove the brown film just use anything with a hard edge along the side of the brown film to begin the tear.
