Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Artist Till Death! We truly appreciate your support more than we could ever put into words! 

Processing Time
We try our best to get all orders processed and shipped the same day (if the order is submitted before 12 noon Central Time). At most, all orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Processing time is also extended if you order a product that is backordered.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays
Artist Till Death is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, import or export delays or other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Artist Till Death is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.  If your shipment has been in transit for longer than 10 days please contact us to help find a solution for you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at thornton@artisttilldeath.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can file a claim on your behalf and we can make it right with you.
