Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer service is our top priority, and we’ll take care of you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders, used items, personalized items, or commissioned pieces). Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item. Your refund will be processed once the returned item arrives back at our studio and is inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
