For over 30 years, Jeff Thornton has been leaving his mark on DFW, from the streets of Deep Ellum to high-end residential commissions, commercial spaces, and large-scale public installations. Together with Erika, a University of Alabama graduate with a BFA and BS in Art and Marketing, they built Artist Till Death into a world-traveled creative studio where bold vision, technical mastery, and fine-art craftsmanship come together to turn walls into works of art.

We work in a wide range of styles and mediums including photorealism, Art Nouveau, abstract, airbrush, spray paint, acrylic, washes, and mixed media. No templates. No repeats. Every mural is designed from scratch and completely unique.

How it works
1. Reach out. Tell us about your space, your vision, and your timeline. Reference photos of styles that catch your eye, along with photos of the wall, are super helpful.
2. Consultation. We discuss ideas, styles, sizing, and budget. No pressure, no commitment. If you're local we'll come out, see the wall, and talk in person. If not, we can always video call.
3. Design & approval. We create a custom concept or digital render for your approval before a single drop of paint hits the wall.
4. We paint. We handle everything. You just show up at the reveal.
Pricing
Every mural is unique, so every quote is too. Pricing depends on the scope, size, complexity, level of detail and location of your project. Reach out and we'll put together a custom quote with no pressure and no obligation.
Payment terms: ⅓ deposit to secure your date and cover materials · ⅓ due on the start date · Balance due upon completion.
Frequently asked questions
Do you paint murals outside of Dallas? Yes. We love to travel and absolutely will for the right projects. Reach out and let's talk.
How long does a mural take? It depends on the size and complexity. A single accent wall can take one to two days. Large commercial or exterior murals may take longer. We'll give you a rough timeline during your consultation.
Can you work from my idea or sketch? Absolutely. We love a client who comes in with a vision. Reference images, rough sketches, Pinterest boards, bring it all.
Do you do exterior murals? Yes. We use weather-resistant paints and sealers designed for outdoor longevity.
Do you do logo walls and step-and-repeats? Yes. Both are a staple of what we do for businesses and events. Reach out with your specs and we'll put together a quote.
