We're real people and working artists located in Dallas, TX! Due to our work schedule being a little unpredictable (you know... art waits for no one) we have a simple chat bot on site that handles the quick stuff like order tracking. Request a real person in the chat and we'll jump in as soon as we can but if we're elbow-deep in a project, we'll get back to you the moment we come up for air!
