The color of the stones will be chosen by the artist to blend in with the lip color the buyer chooses. Each is hand created and one of a kind. We take every precaution possible to ensure a safe delivery - however, sometimes things happen in transit. It is completely normal for some glitter to flake off on it's way to you, but there should be no bare spots - if you should see some, please take a photo of the box, the label, any box damage and the damage to the painting. I will. need a photo of all of this to f\u003cimg\u003eile an insurance claim and replace your piece. Once hung on your wall, try to keep things from brushing the piece as glitter can be scraped off. Custom Orders: 1. All pieces are made to order. Once order is placed, please allow one to two weeks for painting completion and shipping. We have to order your specified canvas size and create your custom colors - we also require 2-3 days to bling and allow dry time before shipping out. Shipping times vary based on your selection upon checkout. 2. Be sure to include any bling specifications such as stones colors in the notes if you are wanting something different than the photo. 3. All orders are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. All orders are processed based on customers specifications. RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, being hand customized and made-to-order, returns are not generally accepted.
